Before founding The Charlesworth Consultancy, I worked in high-pressure City legal practice, where judgement, communication and credibility mattered every day. I now bring that experience together with executive coaching training from the University of Cambridge, Lifestyle and Wellness training from Harvard Medical School, and a practical understanding of AI-driven change through my membership of the Uk Parliament’s All Party Parliamentary Group on AI.

My approach combines strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and a creative perspective, so clients get more than generic coaching: they get a trusted adviser who understands pressure, ambition and reinvention.
